1. What is a Virtual Server?
We specialize in virtual servers which means that you can find
a home for your web site on our web servers and establish a
presence on the internet. We register
your domain name which will become your unique address on
the World Wide Web. Having your own domain name does not reveal
that you are renting web space, and, since email can be addressed
to your domain (e.g.. www.yourcompany.com) you will not have
to announce a new email address if you change internet providers.
And, with a domain name you can transfer your web presence at
any time and never lose your identity since you can take your
www.yourcompany.com with you.

2. Will I be able to access my domain name with
or without the WWW?
Yes, you will be able to access the domain name with or without
the WWW in front. For example, you could access the domain name
"yourcompany.com" by going to "www.yourcompany.com" as well
as "yourcompany.com".

3. Do you support MS FrontPage extensions?
We offer hosting with or without Front Page Extensions. There
is no extra fee for Front Page extensions installation. Be sure
to let us know if you are using Front Page.

4. Do you offer web page design services?
We do offer web page design services.
However, there are several web page design software packages
available today that make web page design a snap. Since you
have full FTP access to your site, you can upload your own pages
or use any web page designer of your choice.

5. Can I check domain name availability?
Yes. You can check the availability of a domain at our WHOIS
system

7. Can I transfer my existing domain name to
Web One Plus?
Yes. Be sure to specify that you are requesting a transfer and
not a new domain. You should keep your service with your existing
hosting company while waiting for InterNIC to complete the transfer.

8. Is there any cost associated with transferring
my domain to Your-Site?
No, there isn't. You simply need to update your domain record
to point to our name servers, which can be done free of charge
with most domain registrars. We can assist you with this transfer.

9. How long does it take before my domain name is active?
Once the InterNIC announces that your domain name has been registered
(or transferred, if applicable), it usually takes 24 - 72 hours
before it is active. All internet providers must update their
records (DNS tables) to reflect new site locations. This is
called propagation.

10. Will my site be down for any period of time
if I transfer to Your-Site? Will I lose mail?
Your existing web site and mail service will not be affected
provided your account is setup with us first and you've moved
your web files to your new account. When the InterNIC updates
the root servers pointing your domain to our servers, all new
visitors will come to your new site and so will your mail. Some
visitors who have cached your old IP address will continue to
visit and send mail to your old site for one to two days after
the transfer. Be sure to check your old mailbox during this
time and you won't lose any mail

12. What is your spam or bulk e-mail policy?
Web One Plus's has strict policies that prohibit all bulk e-mail/usenet
posting. Any client found to be engaged in this activity will
have their site removed from this network. PLEASE! Don't waste
your money on bulk e-mail scams, save your site and your money.
Don't Send Spam! There are no refunds for clients deliberately
misusing our services.

13. Use Bandwidth?
Web One Plus charges clients a surcharge who use more than 4GB
of transfer a month (on that particular month). You will never
be forced to pay extra hidden charges however. This is charged
at a rate of 400 baht per GB sold in 1 GB blocks.

14. Subdomains
Web One Plus charges clients a once-off 400 baht fee
to setup subdomains. They must point to a directory on the clients
site. A subdomain is for example http://members.yourcompany.com

15. Email setup
Web One Plus gives you access to a web-based control panel with
which you setup your mail accounts, autoresponders, email forwarding
etc. You may setup as many accounts as you need. In addition,
you get a 'catchall' mailbox to catch all emails including misspelled
addresses. We also include Web Based Email which allows you
to check your mail with your web browser. This is handy for
checking your mail from work or a friend's computer and you
can reach your web based email at http://mail.yourdomain.com

16. Second domains or domain pointers
Web One Plus charges clients a once-off 400 baht fee
to setup a second domain that points to the exact same site
as the first. If they want a separate site for the domain they
must sign up for a second account. You will always be given
the same representative for your second, third, fourth and so
on, sites.

17. Do you allow ssi?
Yes, Web One Plus keeps every possible service open to it's
clients. We believe that you need the flexibility and freedom
to create. Far be it from us to stand in your way.

18. Do you support ASP?
Yes our Microsoft Windows 2003 advanced server hosting plans
fully support Active Server Pages, and ODBC database connections
for Access, Excel, DBase and Foxpro databases.

19. What if I go over my disk space?
Web One Plus will bill you for the extra disk space at the end
of the month. We do give 5 MB grace (e.g. if you use 5 MB over
your allowed space you will not be charged).

20. How long does it take to setup my new account?
It is our policy that orders received will be setup within 12-24
hours, this is usually closer to 12 hours.

21. How long does it take to get a domain working?
On average a new domain should be working in about than 24 hours,
a domain that is moving to Web One Plus takes about 48 hours
on average. In any case, if your domain is not working 48 hours
after you have requested your domain to be transferred from
your domain registrar, you should contact your Web One Plus
for an update.
